David Driskill has had his own consulting and training firm for over 40 years.  Mr. Driskill has served his clients as a consultant, educator, and researcher in a number of fields, including; Financial Services, Health Care and Law Enforcement.  In Financial Services, he is widely known as an effective teacher and presenter as well as being a frequent speaker at industry conferences.  As a consultant he has a reputation for problem solving, managing strategic change, and project execution.  He has authored a variety of white papers and training curricula on topics ranging from, Tone, Words & Empathy for Telephone Customer Service and Making Effective Presentations, to Effective Problem Recovery and Conflict Management. 

DDA's client base includes over 100 organizations, among them: Fidelity Investments, Children’s Hospital, American Express, The Capital Group, the Municipal Police Training Council (CT), and State Street Corporation.

Mr. Driskill takes the position that, rather than “soft-skills,” certain behavioral skills can be taught, practiced and mastered. In turn, these skills are instrumental in effective communication, client service, conflict resolution, influence, problem recovery and an array of other professional and personal applications.  

Mr. Driskill attended the Chicago City College system, Governor’s State University, American International College and the University of Chicago. Mr. Driskill received a BA and an MA in Psychology.  ­­
